This website is what is known as an IDX feed (which is what syndicates listing and sold information from the MLS to Zillow, Redfin, realtor.com, etc). There are thousands of agents and brokerages within BrightMLS - which covers all of MD, DC, DE and parts of VA, WV, PA, and NJ - who have similar websites that pull “sold” data from the MLS and share it on their websites. There are over 2 million sold listings displayed on this website and over 100,000 active listings. Removing the listing information from this website will not remove it from any other websites. You will need to contact the original listing agent to un-syndicate the listing photos in the MLS.
